MDEQ Issues Beach Advisory for Station in Biloxi
The Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ), through its Beach Monitoring Program, issued a water contact advisory Tuesday for Station 11A (Edgewater Beach). Advisories remain in effect for Stations 5, 6, and 10. These segments of beach are not closed; however, there may be an increased risk of illness associated with swimming in these areas.
