It will be held on Saturday, April 9, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the city’s Department of Public Works located at 1098 Old Highway 61 North.

The Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) awarded the Three Rivers Solid Waste Management Authority a solid waste assistance grant of $75,000 that will be used for two household hazardous waste (HHW) collection events. One is tentatively scheduled to be held April 16 at the Conference Center in Oxford and the second for April 23 at the Agriculture Center in Verona.
