Pesticide General Permit

The Pesticide General Permit (PGP) covers all areas of the State of Mississippi and will authorize discharges to waters of the State from the application of biological pesticides or chemical pesticides that leave a residue for specifically identified pesticide use patterns.

The Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality is considering the reissuance of a statewide Pesticide General Permit (MSG23). The permit covers the State of Mississippi and will authorize discharges to waters of the State from the application of biological pesticides or chemical pesticides that leave a residue for specifically identified pesticide use patterns.
