Stormwater and 401 Water Quality
The Stormwater and 401 Water Quality Branch of the Environmental Permits Division (EPD) oversees the development, issuance, and maintenance of environmental permits related to the construction stormwater, industrial baseline stormwater, mining stormwater, Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4), and water quality certifications. This branch is the primary contact for the following general permits:
- Small Construction Stormwater GP
- Large Construction Stormwater GP
- Baseline Stormwater GP
- MS4 GP
- Section 401 Water Quality Certification
