The 2020 enHance Annual Workshop and Awards Luncheon scheduled for Wednesday, August 19, in Jackson has been cancelled due to ongoing concerns with the current conditions with COVID-19 in the state.  This annual workshop is jointly sponsored by MDEQ and the Mississippi Manufacturers Association to recognize manufacturers and other organizations that go beyond the standard environmental compliance requirements to prevent pollution and reduce wastes.  The planning committee looks to announce alternate online training opportunities in the near future as well as recognition of the new and renewing enHance members for 2020.

As previously indicated, registrations and sponsorships will be refunded as requested.  For those persons that have previously registered or provided a sponsorship for this event, please contact Barbara Hopkins with MMA at barbara@mma-web.org.  Alternatively any sponsor may also request that their sponsorship be advanced for the 2021 enHance Annual Workshop to be held in the Spring of 2021.  For questions related to the enHance program or upcoming plans, please contact Mr. Khairy Abu-Salah with MDEQ at KAbuSalah@mdeq.ms.gov.
