MDEQ Lifts One Water Contact Advisory and Issues One
The Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ), through its Beach Monitoring Program, lifted a water contact advisory Wednesday for sampling station 15 (Shearwater Beach in Ocean Springs). An advisory was issued for station 10 (Gulfport Central Beach). Advisories remain in effect for stations 4 and 11.
