Air Division Electronic Application Submittal

This portal is solely intended for the electronic submittal of air permit applications and other associated documents. For the electronic submittal of other media specific permit applications (e.g., Solid Waste; NPDES; Pretreatment), please use the portal found HERE. For the electronic submittal of of any Notice of Intent (NOI) for a general permit (e.g., Construction Stormwater; Ready-Mix Concrete; Hot-Mix Asphalt), please use the portal found HERE. Please know that an applicant is not required to submit a physical copy of any document submitted via this portal.

Any document submitted through this portal must either be in the “pdf” format or “Excel” format. The maximum file size is 20MB. NOTE: The submittal of a stand-alone “Facility-Wide Emissions Information” spreadsheet (in Excel format) must accompany the submittal of any permit application (other than an administrative mod).
