The review and evaluation process for MDEQ’s IFB for OSHA Training Services in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120 HAZWOPER (RFx3160007907 MDEQ-IFB05272026) is still ongoing. In accordance with Section 1.3 of the IFB, the estimated timelines for the Notice of Intent to Award, as well as subsequent contract phases, will be adjusted accordingly.
