Mississippi Litter Prevention Task Force

The is a collaborative statewide initiative through Mississippi’s Office of the First Lady. The task force brings together government agencies, community organizations, businesses, and local leaders to promote cleaner, safer, and more beautiful Mississippi communities through research-based litter prevention strategies and public awareness campaigns.
Goal
Clean and beautify Mississippi by reducing and preventing litter on state roadways and waterways through engagement of residents and visitors and collaborative partnerships between government agencies, community organizations and leaders, and committed businesses.
