The Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ), through its Beach Monitoring Program, issued a water contact advisory Tuesday for sampling station 10 (Gulfport Central Beach). 

The Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ), through its Beach Monitoring Program, lifted a water contact advisory Thursday for sampling station 20. There are no advisories in effect across the Mississippi Gulf Coast. 

The Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ), through its Beach Monitoring Program, lifted five water contact advisories Tuesday for sampling stations 3, 4, 6, 8, and 19. An advisory remains in effect for station 20. 

The Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ), through its Beach Monitoring Program, lifted a water contact advisory Friday for sampling station 14 (Front Beach in Ocean Springs.) Advisories were issued for stations 3, 4, 6, and 8, and advisories remain in effect for stations 19 and 20.

The Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ), through its Beach Monitoring Program, lifted a water contact advisory Wednesday for sampling station 5 (Pass Christian West Beach). Advisories remain in effect for stations 14, 19, and 20.

The Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) issued a water contact advisory Wednesday for two creeks in the City of Florence area in Rankin County. An advisory is issued for a segment of Indian Creek from its intersection with Highway 469 east of Florence to where it flows into Steen Creek. The advisory on Steen Creek extends from that point until it crosses White Road west-southwest of Florence (see attached map).
