Solicitation For Statements Of Qualifications

Notice is hereby given that the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from organizations licensed to do business in the State of Mississippi to assist MDEQ with engineering services support, including engineering, planning, environmental, management and other technical services, on an as needed basis, in order to support natural resource restoration on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, which is necessitated by the 2010 Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill.

An optional pre-submittal conference will be held at 11:00 a.m. CST on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at 1141 Bayview Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530. The purpose of the pre-submittal conference is to allow potential offerors an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification of the procurement requirements.

SOQs will be accepted until 1:00 p.m. CST, Friday, May 17, 2019. MDEQ will not be responsible for delayed or lost mail received after the deadline. All packages received after this deadline will be returned unopened. The original and five (5) copies of the SOQ and all attachments shall be signed and submitted in a sealed envelope or package to:
