VT Halter Marine Permitting Action
Air Title V Operating Permit
The Environmental Permits Division (EPD) of MDEQ has drafted an Air Title V Operating Permit for VT Halter Marine’s Pascagoula Operations located at 900 Bayou Casotte Parkway in Pascagoula. VT Halter Marine is required to maintain a Title V Operating Permit because their potential air emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) exceed the Title V major source thresholds. You can find a copy of the draft Title V Operating Permit, Information Relative to the Permit (also known as the Statement of Basis), and the application below. If you have problems accessing this information or would like additional information, you may contact Carla Brown or request information through a Public Records Request.
